Return and Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Custom Items
Custom products (including special orders and personalized items) are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Sale Items
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at shop@memementos.com.
Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at shop@memementos.com so we can make it right.
Damaged items will be replaced once verified.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have (following the return instructions), and then place a new order separately.

European Union Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Items must be unopened, unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
